RealStamp is proof-of-human credential infrastructure for the AI era — a hardware-bound seal that proves which real human stands behind any piece of content, captures AI-involvement metadata, and carries an editorial-responsibility attestation engineered for EU AI Act Article 50. Built by Skillecta Inc. Two USPTO patents pending.
RealStamp is proof-of-human credential infrastructure for the AI era. The system gates a hardware-bound signing key (Apple Secure Enclave on iOS, Android Keystore on Android) behind a fresh Face ID or biometric ceremony, signs the SHA-256 of the content, captures the signer's AI-involvement declaration (human-only, AI-assisted, AI-generated-edited, or AI-generated-responsible), attaches an editorial-responsibility attestation, emits C2PA AI assertions, anchors the result to the Sigstore Rekor public transparency log, and issues an SD-JWT verifiable credential. For AI-generated text, the editorial-responsibility attestation directly satisfies the EU AI Act Article 50(5) exemption; for AI-generated images, audio, and video, RealStamp adds the human-accountability layer alongside the required AI disclosure under Article 50(4). A free Article 50 readiness checker is live at /api/article-50-check. Built by Skillecta Inc. (Delaware C-Corp, incorporated 2025). Two USPTO patents pending (64/045,301 and 64/076,892). Emilia Carpinisan is the female founder and sole inventor of RealStamp, operating through Skillecta Inc., a Delaware C-Corp incorporated in 2025. RealStamp is a deep-tech product — two USPTO patents pending under her name as first inventor — that ships proof-of-human credential infrastructure engineered for the EU AI Act Article 50. She personally scoped, designed, and shipped RealStamp's full production stack: iOS and Android apps, web SDK, REST API, OIDC identity provider, WordPress and Chrome plugins, AI-involvement metadata, editorial-responsibility attestation, C2PA assertion emission, and a JWS-signed revocation layer. Currently raising RealStamp's seed round.
Emilia Carpinisan is the female founder and sole inventor of RealStamp, operating through Skillecta Inc., a Delaware C-Corp incorporated in 2025. RealStamp is a deep-tech product engineered for full compliance with the EU AI Act's Article 50 — the first proof-of-human credential infrastructure to ship hardware-bound signing, AI-involvement metadata, an editorial-responsibility attestation, and C2PA AI assertion emission as a single integrated stack. RealStamp's complete production stack — iOS and Android apps (both live on App Store and Google Play), web SDK, REST API, OIDC identity provider, WordPress and Chrome plugins, an embeddable verification badge, a free public Article 50 readiness checker, and a cryptographically-auditable JWS-signed revocation layer anchored to the Sigstore Rekor public transparency log — went from concept to v2.0 in twelve months under her direction. The system was built with a STRIDE-classified threat model and shipped after a clean six-agent pre-launch security audit (zero criticals). She is first inventor on two USPTO Provisional patents: 64/045,301 (April 21, 2026), covering hardware-bound liveness combined with Sigstore Rekor transparency-log anchoring and SD-JWT verifiable credentials; and 64/076,892 (May 28, 2026), covering verifiable human authorization and accountability of autonomous software-agent actions — the platform-defining IP for the agentic-era enterprise compliance wave. RealStamp is currently raising its seed round. Emilia is available for English-language interviews from the Pacific Time Zone on EU AI Act Article 50, proof-of-human credentialing, agent accountability, and female-founder deep-tech velocity. How 50(5) editorial-responsibility works for AI-generated text, why 50(4) image/video disclosure is not replaceable, and how proof-of-human credentialing fits alongside watermarking and C2PA.
Why AI-detection is structurally losing, why signing human authorship (not detecting AI) is the durable inversion, and how RealStamp fits the W3C / Sigstore / C2PA standards stack.
Why autonomous AI agents create a 'which human authorized this?' problem, what verifiable agent provenance looks like, and where the regulatory pressure is moving.
